7-day exchange window

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

Exchange reasons

• Size exchange, subject to availability.
• Wrong item received.
• Manufacturing or print issue reported with clear photos.

Items that cannot be exchanged

• Washed, worn, altered, damaged, or perfume-marked items.
• Items without order details.
• Custom or bulk print orders, unless there is a confirmed production issue.

Contact us with your order number, phone number, item name, size, reason, and clear photos if the issue is product-related.
